Osteopathy - Cranial Osteopathy

Osteopathy: Working with people of all ages, osteopathic treatment can help with a wide range of conditions, including digestive and circulatory problems, tension, neuralgia and various acute and chronic aches and pains. Cranial osteopathy: Diagnosis and treatment using a highly trained and refined sense of touch to
support and rebalance areas of dysfunction in the body.

I qualified as an osteopath and naturopath in 1992 and had my own practice in London until 2018. I am now working in Chelmsford and Sudbury. I was also a lecturer and research tutor for the College of Osteopaths at Middlesex University, covering cranial, visceral and paediatric osteopathy.
I specialise in using the gentle techniques of cranial-sacral osteopathy, along with gentle mobilising of joints and muscles to improve function and relieve discomfort and pain. My approach is more holistic, looking at the underlying factors that contribute to ill health and physical dysfunction. Treatment may also include, postural advice, exercises and health management advice, as appropriate. I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
