Some of you may remember me from the days when I owned Just Jane Health & Beauty in Long Melford which i sold when i started my family 24 years ago.

 I opened the health food shop, Health Foods For You, initially in Friars Street. It was then relocated to North Street back in 2015. Five years later I moved into the bigger premises next door, allowing me to incorporate therapy rooms and Nature's Temple Beauty was created. I have also been involved in the beauty industry as a beauty therapist and lecturer for over 35 years and loved every second!

 

I am passionate about  all aspects of health, nutrition and beauty which has led me to my goal of a health, beauty and wellness business all under one roof. I love the synergy of combining my years of experience with using the latest technology to help my clients achieve beneficial results. I specialise in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation and cryotherapy skin blemish removal which offer amazing, clinical results.

 

I am fortunate to have a great team around me to help with the expansion here at Nature's Temple. I enjoy helping people to reach their optimal health and wellness.
