Hello I'm Jane and I opened the health food shop, Health Foods For You, initially in Friars Street. It was then relocated to North Street back in 2015. Five years later I moved into the bigger premises next door, allowing me to incorporate therapy rooms and Nature's Temple was created. I have also been involved in the beauty industry as a beauty therapist and lecturer for over 30 years and loved every second!

 

I am passionate about  all aspects of health, nutrition and beauty which has led me to my goal of a health, beauty and wellness business all under one roof. Having always loved skincare, I decided some years ago to specialise in cryotherapy, skin blemish removal and then more recently vitamin injections, which enhances not only people's health, but also their skin and general wellbeing. I love the synergy of combining my years of experience with using the latest technology to help my clients and achieve beneficial results for them. I now specialise in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, cryotherapy and vitamin injections and run my clinics twice a week. 

 

I am fortunate to have a great team around me to help with the expansion here at Nature's Temple. I am often in the shop dealing with enquiries and helping people to reach their optimal health and wellness.
