Please be aware of our cancellation policy . We require at least 24hrs notice otherwise a 50% charge may be made. A deposit of 50 % is required for any treatment booked for the duration of 2 hours & over.
If you are unwell on the day a refund is not issued, we will just move your appointment forward for you. And if part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival the full cost of the treatment as booked will remain payable on departure.
